Rapid Support Removal Systems for FDM Professionals

WaterWorksTM support material is not actually easily water-soluble. In fact WaterWorksTM support material can only be removed via a water-based solution of highly caustic sodium hydroxide. Rapid removal of support material requires a precise combination of heat, agitation, and flow.

In the past the relative difficulty of WaterWorksTM support post-processing has been minimized by mislabeling it "cleaning". Because of this, frustrated customers have had to "make due" with a variety of ill-considered generic cleaning type technologies.

PM Technologies manufactures the only systems developed specifically to post process the WaterWorksTM support system. Working in concert with Stratasys and after thousands of hours of development our patent pending technology has proved to be overwhelmingly superior to all other alternatives. Designed specifically to support the entire Dimension SST line, our new SRSTM DT3 is the quick, clean, quiet, and office friendly post-processing system FDM users have been waiting to hear about. When throughput matters, better post-processing means better 3D printing. Unfortunately, at present, most WaterWorksTM users are essentially in the position of thinking candles are pretty neat because they don't know we offer electrical lighting.

Rapid Prototyping is a market crowded with competitors. The ease of use and increased throughput our equipment provides makes your Stratasys and Dimension systems the more obvious RP choice. It is vital, therefore, that prospective WaterWorksTM users educate themselves to the considerable merits of our system before they find themselves saddled with an expensive mistake. This document is intended to help you to better understand why our systems are the first choice of FDM professionals worldwide.
