Thus,
|
precise heat: which activates the soluble concentrate solution to its most
reactive state
agitation: which continually mixes the concentrate to optimal
solution effectiveness
flow: which provides the mechanical force necessary to
'jet' the material off the external surface and out of the interior cavities of
the model
... are all vital to rapid post-process removal of WaterWorksTM
support material. |

The SST Station is an 11 gallon tank with a 1200 watt heating element. With only 109 watts per gallon,
the SST Station requires nearly 2 1/2 hours to achieve operating temperature.
The ultra-efficient CleanStation® SRSTM DT3 is expressly designed for all Dimension
WaterWorksTM build sizes. With double the heating capacity per gallon,
the SRSTM DT3 is ready to operate from a cold start in one hour or less. |
|
|
The SRSTM DT3's high volume pump and heating capability, combined with the convective cooling,
maintains solvent temperature to within 1/10th of a degree.
This prevents warping of parts due to overheating.
